you’re officially part of the inner circle. And that means you get a first look inside our space before anyone else. To give you a sense of where it’s all headed, we’re sharing side-by-side shots of the current interior and the renderings of what it’ll look like once finished.

Right now, things are dusty, loud, and full of power tools, but that’s the fun part. We’ve nearly wrapped up demo, knocked out the major structural work, and are moving closer to the good stuff: windows, design finishes, and kitchen install.

Huge shoutout to Matthew Lisk and his design firm FOV Studio. Matt is creative mind behind the design of Buns & Patties, and working with him has been incredible. He’s somehow managed to take three founders’ wild, discombobulated, and often half-baked ideas and turn them into one cohesive vision.

Our goal was to channel that classic diner feel, but make it a little more modern, a little warmer, and create a space thats actually worth hanging out in. This is just a couple angles of what’s coming, and we’ve got a couple of fun surprises in store. We can’t wait to show you more as the space transforms piece by piece.
